Interlake DNR OHV Dec 31st 2011

We made the short trip to Interlake DNR Saturday.  It was a beautiful day.  It was 60 degrees and clear skys.  We had a nice winter time ride.  There were several families with children riding dirt bikes and 4-wheelers.  The state of Indiana has completed a very nice parking area / trail head with plenty of parking and a toilet.  There were at least 40 trailers at the paring lot and the lot felt nearly empty.

Brimstone October 29, 2011

Well we had a great time Saturday at Trail's End Campground.  The campground hosts took 17 vehicles (side-by-sides and 4-wheelers) for a ride of over 40 miles.  They treated the riders to a camp fire cookout on a mountain top where you could see at least 40 miles  in all directions.  The trees were beautiful shades of yellow, orange, red and brown fall colors. We could see the windmills at Coal Creek (Windrock) to the South-East.  The leaves on the trees were breath taking.  Trail's End Campground is planning to have more guided trail rides in the future. Here's their link: http://camptrailsend.com/campground.html and a YouTube Video Here: http://youtu.be/1nziYx3qco0

Monteagle, TN July 9th 2011

We rode trails North of Monteagle, TN at Coalmont, TN.  The weather was clear and HOT!!!  We had three RZR's four 4-wheelers and a utility side by side in our group.  We covered about 26 miles down Bearpin Branch.  The trail varied from clay with mud puddles to creek rock and large boulders to crawl over.  There were some nice water falls and a cave that was blowing really cold air out its mouth.

Windrock TN June 23-25

We are joining a group of side-by-side riders from Southern Side-by-Side Riders at Windrock (Coal Creek OHV) this week Thursday thru Saturday.  We rode some today (Thursday) before the storm hit around 7:30PM.  We have a half day ride planned for Friday and a 50-60 mi ride planned out for Saturday.  Hopefully we will have video or at least pictures.

Brimstone March 12th and Apr 2nd

We had a great time at Brimstone TN.
